1. Service Model

FloraFrame operates a decentralized model using regional fulfillment hubs (“darkstores”) to prepare and dispatch floral arrangements. We do not operate public retail locations. Orders are fulfilled by local partners and florists.

2. Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and seasonal stock.
• We may contact you to confirm order details, substitutions, or delivery adjustments.
• Custom requests are honored when feasible but not guaranteed.

3. Delivery

• We offer delivery across the continental U.S., generally within 1–3 business days.
• Same-day or holiday delivery may not be available in all zones.
• If a delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to reschedule or refund.

4. Payment

We do not collect online payments directly. Orders are confirmed via email or phone, and payment arrangements are handled manually or via trusted third-party channels (e.g., Zelle, PayPal, Venmo).

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for non-delivery or quality issues.
• Gift cards and custom floral requests are non-refundable.

6. Use of Website

By browsing or interacting with this site, you agree not to misuse our services, duplicate content, or attempt to access private areas of the platform.
